Returns & Refunds

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

We will happily accept returns on all full priced items for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a credit note or a full refund.

All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, with the swing tags attached, and are accepted at the discretion of our team.

All returns must be approved before sending back, or dropping off - failure to do so, could result in the items being returned to you.

PLEASE NOTE; any items returned that received free shipping, will have $10 removed from their refund value.

SALE RETURNS

Please choose carefully as sale items can only be exchanged, unless faulty. If you have any questions regarding a Sale item please contact our Customer Care team by e-mail or through the live chat.

Sale items purchased during our 'Take A Further' sale promotions are not eligible for return, exchange or credit unless faulty. 

REFUNDS

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 6 days to process, depending on your financial institution.

If your original payment method was via one of our partners, Afterpay or Zip, your refund will be credited to your account.

FAULTY ITEMS

We make the best efforts to quality control all items prior to dispatch.

In the case that something is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team within 1 (ONE) day by e-mail or live chat, please also include a brief description and photo(s) of the fault.

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you believe you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please contact our Customer Care team within 1 (ONE) day by e-mail or live chat, please also include a brief description and photo(s) of the item you have received instead. If you require any further assistance please contact our Customer Care team. 

PLEASE NOTE; No returns will be accepted without prior approval from our customer care team. Please be sure to send all correspondence to travis@thekorestudios.com for return or exchange approval.
